"So.... even though State Farm kicked me to the curb for submitting 3 non accident related claims, Lenny Nguyen, took time with me this morning to explain why I was being kicked to the curb and offered to review the quotes I get from other carriers to be sure I am replicating the awesome coverage I have enjoyed with State Farm since 2019. Because of Lenny, I'll be back in April/May of next year to see if State Farm will take me back AND.. insure my soon to be purchased home. Lenny is a true asset to your organization.
