"Honestly, if I could give this agency 0 stars, I would. The sales manager called and apologized after my previous review because his sales person stood us up. In good faith, we rescheduled our appointment with the sales manager. He stood us up!! That's twice. No communication. We drove 15 miles in traffic and not one person in the office knew we had an appointment. More than dissatisfied with this agency."
"We sincerely apologize for your experience. We missed not one, but two scheduled appointments and that is completely unacceptable. You trusted us with your time and we failed to follow through. Although our manager missing the appointment was due to a family emergency that does not excuse the lack of communication to you. We take full responsibility for dropping the ball. We appreciate your honest feedback and are now reviewing our scheduling and follow-up processes internally to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We are truly sorry. "
