"I have been with State Farm since I was 15 yrs old, have insured many cars and homes with them. This wasn't about a claim, no claims in more than 10 yrs. It was about Hazard, Homeowners Insurance purchased on my new home and policy paid upfront for one year in May of this year and after mortgage sold or transferred to new lender, don't know what happened but policy cancelled remaining premium refunded and dealing with a big mess. I gave 5 Stars only because of one agent there, Mia Jimenez who has been wonderful and has straightened everything out. She has consistently followed through, kept me updated and resolved the problems."
