"I spoke to Mrs. Ashlyn H who was happy to help me. She assisted me with paying my bill. Then I told her that I had problems paying my bill on line and so she said that she will put it in the comments section and make sure corporate know which I was happy to hear. I told her that it only gave me one option to pay the balance due only and I wanted to pay more and she was sorry that it didn’t give me the option to pay more. Hopefully in a close future rather you are paying your bill on time or late it should give you the option to pay the bill due and if you want to pay more it should allow you to. Then she asked me due I need updated cards which I do but I forgot to ask and I’m glad she did. Mrs. Ashlyn H was the perfect representative from State Farm to help me. I appreciate her this morning for helping me. Thank you Mrs. Ashlyn H"
